the e-mail address provided by you, the customer. If you do not currently have an e-mail address, please contact our office at
918-791-9570 and we will set up for you a “free e-mail” account with your service. It will be the customer’s responsibility to maintain the e-mail account by checking it frequently to acknowledge updates or information from PWI.
