Should you receive any error in making a payment on line, refer to the following troubleshooting guide:
1) Verify that the card information is accurate and that the expiration date of the card is valid.
2) Verify that the card is available for the purchase amount.
3) For security purposes, you may receive an error if your billing address for the credit/debit card is different than the billing address listed on your PWI account.
