Our on-line customer account center is a web site designed with for the option for our customers to log on and pay on-line with either a credit or debit card at the customer’s convenience. This e-mail is explaining the process of “How to Pay Your Bill On-line.”

During your first visit to this web site (www.intuitbillpay.com/precisionwireless), you will be asked to set up your account log-in information. This information comes directly from one of your invoices from PWI. Enter the information accordingly to successfully set up your on-line account.

When you opt to pay on-line, you will have a list of open invoices available for payment. Choose the invoice you would like to make payment on and enter your card information. After you choose “submit for payment,” a confirmation e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address you entered to verify the payment was successful.

Should you receive any error in making a payment on line, refer to the following troubleshooting guide:

1) Verify that the card information is accurate and that the expiration date of the card is valid.

2) Verify that the card is available for the purchase amount.

3) For security purposes, you may receive an error if your billing address for the credit/debit card is different than the billing address listed on your PWI account. This is an extra security measure for card holders that most web sites are utilizing in an effort to eliminate wrong charges to the card holder’s account. If you have this occur and would like to pay by credit/debit card, please contact our office and we would be glad to verify payment over the phone.
